Thank you for your interest in becoming an affiliate for Anthology of Web Design (“Anthology,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By applying to or participating in our Affiliate Program (“Program”), you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Please read this agreement carefully before enrolling. By submitting your application or participating in the Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
1. Program Overview
The Anthology Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commission by referring new paying subscribers to Anthology of Web Design through unique referral links, codes, or assets provided by Anthology.
Our goal is to create a collaborative ecosystem where affiliates can grow alongside the creative community they support.
2. Eligibility
To participate, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Have a website, business, or social media presence relevant to web design, creative entrepreneurship, or a related field.
Be approved by Anthology’s team. We reserve the right to approve or decline applications at our discretion.
3. Enrollment and Approval
After submitting your application, our team will review it for alignment with Anthology’s brand, audience, and values.You will be notified by email if approved and provided with your affiliate link, promotional materials, and onboarding details.
We may reject any application we deem inconsistent with Anthology’s mission, including but not limited to websites or content that:
Promote hate, discrimination, or violence
Contain adult, political, or illegal material
Misrepresent Anthology or its offerings
4. Commission and Payouts
Commission Structure
Affiliates earn 30% commission on each referred subscription through their unique affiliate link or code.
Commissions apply to new paying customers only and are calculated on the net sale amount (after discounts and before taxes or refunds).
Payment Schedule
Payouts are issued monthly via [PayPal / Stripe / bank transfer — specify your method].
A minimum payout threshold of $50 USD applies.
Payments are made 30 days after the month in which the referral payment clears (to account for refund periods).
Refunds & Cancellations
If a referred customer cancels or requests a refund within the refund window, no commission will be paid.If payment has already been issued, it will be deducted from your next payout.
5. Affiliate Responsibilities
You agree to:
Promote Anthology authentically, clearly, and in good faith.
Use only approved materials provided by Anthology (graphics, links, swipe copy, etc.) or content that aligns with our brand tone.
Avoid misleading, false, or exaggerated claims about Anthology’s products or services.
Disclose your affiliate relationship in compliance with FTC guidelines (e.g., “As an Anthology affiliate, I may earn a commission when you purchase through my link”).
Keep your contact and payment information current.
You may not:
Purchase products through your own affiliate link for personal use or resale.
Use paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) that bids on Anthology trademarks, keywords, or brand terms.
Use spam or unsolicited outreach to promote your link.
Portray Anthology or its products negatively or inaccurately.
6. Use of Materials
All creative assets provided (graphics, copy, templates, etc.) remain the intellectual property of Anthology of Web Design.You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials for promotional purposes within the scope of this Program.
You may not modify, resell, or distribute these assets without written permission.
7. Program Updates and Termination
Anthology reserves the right to modify or terminate this Program at any time.We may also suspend or remove any affiliate who violates these Terms, engages in dishonest practices, or acts in a way that harms our reputation or community.
If the Program ends, affiliates will receive all commissions earned up to the date of termination.
8. Relationship of Parties
You are an independent contractor. Nothing in this agreement creates an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and Anthology.You may not act on behalf of Anthology or bind us to any agreements.
9. Limitation of Liability
Anthology will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Program.Our total liability for any claim related to this agreement shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you within the last twelve (12) months.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11. Acceptance
By participating in the Anthology Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
